Tri/Meck Mechanical, Inc., established in 1983 by Pat Garrison, specializes in commercial mechanical construction in both North and South Carolina. Tri/Meck's projects range from $15,000 to over $5,000,000 with types including office buildings, tenant (retail, commercial, and medical) up fits, hotels, schools, and hospitals.

Through our unique relationship with Professional Engineering Associates, P.A., we can offer our clients complete design/build capabilities. For those projects that want minority business participation, we have numerous certified minority subcontractors and suppliers that we can utilize. We have joined with TEAM mEchanical, LLC that allows us to offer our client's unparalleled response to warranty/service calls in addition to service and maintenance contracts to insure that your mechanical systems are operating at peak efficiency.
